6V41-022TA is a GV6000 AC Drive that is manufactured by Reliance Electric. The nominal duty horsepower is 15, the continuous amps are 22, and the frame is 1. Troubleshooting the GV6000 drive is simple and begins with the status LEDs on the front of the drive. The Power LED, when steady green, means that drive power is applied. The Ready LED, when steady green, means that the drive is running and there are no faults. The Ready LED, when flashing green, means that the drive is ready but not running, and there are no faults. The Ready LED, when steady yellow, means that there is a continuous type 1 alarm condition. The Ready LED, when flashing yellow, means that there is a condition that is inhibiting starting the drive. The Ready LED, when flashing yellow while the drive is running, means that there is an intermittent type 1 alarm condition on the drive. The Ready LED, when steady red, means that a fault has a occurred that is not resettable. The Ready LED, when flashing red, means that a fault has occurred. When the Drive LED is green, a DPI internal communications port is present. When the MS LED is yells, a communications module is installed. When the NET A LED is red, a network is connected. When the NET B LED is red, a secondary network is connected.
