The 6V41-014TA is a 10HP GV6000 AC Drive that is manufactured by Reliance Electric. The nominal duty horsepower is 10HP, the continuous amps are 14A, and the frame is a Nema 1. The dimensions of frame 1 are 135 mm x 336 mm x 200 mm x 105 mm x 320 mm. This drive has a 460 VAC input and is enclosed in a NEMA 1 enclosure. A braking transistor comes standard on this unit. The I/O is 24 VDC.
There are a number of keys on the local OIM for the GV6000 drive: the up and down arrow keys, the select key, the enter key, the display key, the fault/alarm key, the auto/man key, the esc/prog key, the up and down chevron keys, the motor direction change key, the jog key, the start key, and the stop/reset key. The local OIM can be password protected. There are 877 parameters on the local OIM that can be adjusted manually. These include parameters such as DC bus voltage, output power, ramped speed, preset speeds 1-7, feedback select, etc. The user may troubleshoot the drive through the use of the following: LEDs on the front of the drive, alarms, faults, entries in the fault queue, drive status parameters.
Before servicing the drive, be sure to verify that the DC bus capacitors are discharged. To do this, wait five minutes after disconnecting power from the drive. If the user does not observe this precaution, electrical damage, bodily injury, or loss of life may result.
