Product Description

6V21-260NA is a GV6000 AC Drive that is manufactured by Reliance Electric. The nominal duty horsepower is 100, the continuous amps are 260, and the frame is 6. This drive has a 240 VAC input and is enclosed in a NEMA 1 enclosure. There is no braking transistor on this unit. The I/0 is 24 VDC. There are a number of control modes on the GV6000 drive: sensorless vector, sensorless vector economizer, custom volts per hertz, fan and pump volts her hertz (variable torque), and FVC (flux vector control with or without encoder feedback). There are digital and analog outputs and digital and analog inputs. The drive also has a number of stop methods: coast-to-stop, brake-to-stop, ramp-to-stop, and ramp-to-hold. There are also three speed control methods: open loop, slip comp, and encoder.

On the GV6000 drive, there are 6 programmable digital inputs available in 24 VDC or 115 VAC, 2 analog inputs at ± 10V / 4-20 mA (11 bit and sign), 3 programmable digital outputs and 2 analog outputs at ± 10V / 4-20 mA (11 bit and sign). The drive allows for encoder feedback input and frequency input for drive references. The input voltage operating range exceeds ± 10% of nominal and 47 to 63 Hz frequency. The drive is operational on single-phase power for 50% of the nominal current rating. There is 97.5% efficiency in the nominal line voltage and the rated amperes. The speed regulation is 0.001% across a 120:1 speed range. The drive certifications are UL, cUL, CE and Ctick.
