HEC-GV3-DNJ
The HEC-GV3-DNJ is a unit that is available from our inventory. AX Control Inc. is able to provide a wide variety of industrial automation hardware, components, and parts. This unit is a DeviceNet Option Card. Physically, it is a printed circuit board, and is able to be installed into the GV3000 motor controller units.
The GV3000 line of motor control AC Drives was developed and produced by Reliance Electric Ltd. as one of their electromechanical products. They are intended for motor control on low voltage motors, and provide regulation in two different settings. There is the vector based regulation (Flux Vector Control, or FVC), and then the general purpose setting, utilizing scalar voltage/frequency regulation.
The HEC-GV3-DNJ is a DeviceNet Option board, which was produced by Horner Electric, rather than Reliance Electric Ltd. This device is able to be installed underneath the GV3000’s standard regulator board.
Similarly to the GV3000 Regulator Board, the HEC-GV3-DNJ is outfitted with an integrated microprocessor. It is able to run diagnostics on its CPU performance, input/output, and memory. It is able to connect to the regulator via a flexible ribbon cable, as well as a DeviceNet cable that is connected with a 5-pin connector.
