The GV3000 series of AC Drives are constructed with a set of three modes of control. This ranges between a pair of vector based operational modes, and the scalar general purpose mode. This general purpose mode utilizes the control over the voltage and frequency of the motor, while there are the FVC and SVC modes. Flux Vector Control is able to receive and process encoder module data, and the SVC, Sensorless Vector Control mode is unable to.

The GV3000E-AC106-AA-DBT unit is designed as a 75 horsepower (HP) power module. It is outfitted with several internal components that are standard throughout the GV3000 line. This unit is designed to provide a closed loop control and power level regulation.

This GV300 drive is housed in a standard protective, vented enclosure, which is rated with a NEMA 1 protective grading.
