This module is a part of Reliance Electric’s wide-spanning, varying units of motor control, the GV3000 series. This unit is designated as the 896.13.01 and is a base GV3000 motor control model.
Reliance Electric produced their GV3000 series as a motor controller lineup among their other motor control series, the FlexPak 3000 lineup, and the Liqui-Flo series. The GV3000 series was a product of their electromechanical division, though, they are now out of production from the company entirely. They are still available from us here at AX Control Inc., and our inventory consists of both unused, brand new surplus products, and pre-owned, completely optimized, and reconditioned products.
The 896.13.01 is outfitted with the management and control capabilities to provide the motor with accurate parameter adjustments. This unit can offer operators the precise abilities to alter the torque, as well as the speed and direction of the motor. The speed regulation and adjustable range depend on which regulation mode is selected. The vector regulation allows the speed to range from 0 RPM to the motor’s max speed. The regulation is 0.01% when using the FVC, flux vector control, and is 0.5% using the SVC, sensorless vector control. =
