The 814.56.00 is a Reliance Electric Remote Meter Interface (RMI) PCB. There is a large possibility that this board was also sold by the companies ABB and Baldor Reliance depending on production dates. It might also be found under the ABB alternate part number: 2SI3000. This card is no longer being sold by any of the initial manufacturers, but AX Control makes an attempt to keep it in stock. Please see our website for the availability of the 814.56.00.

The 814.56.00 is a Reliance GV3000/Super RMI series PC Interface Board.  It is a replacement board. It can go into a controller like the Reliance LiquiFlo Drive. On some controller models, this RMI can go into the controller at the bottom below the membrane switch keypad and next to the very large resistors. On other controller models, this RMI is installed in the center of the controller. It is below the membrane switch keypad and the regulator PCB. A flat-ribbon cable connector is used to connect the RMI to the controller. This cable is located next to the regulator board.  

The 814.56.00 provides the controller with an extra set of terminal strips that are used for input and outputs. Then the RMI can be used to provide speed reference selections for the controller. If the user can use the RMI board’s frequency or analog inputs to adjust the current or torque limits.

The 814.56.00 uses the D2-3411 User’s Manual. Please refer to this manual before attempting to install this RMI board.
