AC Power Module number 5V2151 is part of the GV3000 series produced by Reliance Electric. This specific module operates on a voltage range of 200-230V. The model type is denoted by the V in the part number which indicates the horsepower, the V tells you that the horsepower (HP) will be less than or equal to 50 HP, and the 5 shows that this model will run on 5 HP. The enclosure used on this model is NEMA 1. The NEMA 1 enclosure is vented and has a communication access door which allows the user to easily access the communications ports without the full cover being removed. The NEMA 1 enclosure also indicates to the user that this drive can only be used in general-purpose indoor applications. 

Specific components make up all of the GV3000 AC power models. The primary components of the 5V2151 AC power module are the fan/fan assembly, the regulator board, the current feedback board, the internal fan assembly, the membrane keypad (switch) bracket, and the capacitor board. The purpose of the regulator board in the 5V2151 power module is to perform drive regulation through the microprocessor on the regulator board itself. The regulator board used with this drive corresponds to the horsepower, which as noted above is 5, meaning that the regulator board used with this module is a 1-60 HP regulator board. 

The regulator board in the 5V2151 AC power module has eight components. The components are a J7 OIM (optional) connector, a J8 RS232C port, a J17 analog output jumper, a J3 option board connector, J4 analog input jumper, a J9 keypad/display connector, and a J5 power module feedback cable. The J4 and J17 settings have already been factory-set and will be used for voltage-in and voltage-out signals.
