Product Description
Reliance Electric created the 30V4260 as part of the GV3000/SE series of AC Drives. There is a possibility ABB or Baldor Reliance also sold this drive. It is the 6.06 version of this drive that Reliance put into production but they are no longer supporting it.
The 30V4260 is a 30HP 380-460 VAC 50/60 HZ pulse-width-modulated drive. It has 35 input KVA. This drive has an input of 44 amps and an output amperage of 39. It has a line voltage variation of +/-10% and an analog speed reference resolution of 1/1024 (10-bit) 0.1%. It has a remote operator control wire length of up to 303 meters and a max motor lead length of 76 meters. It has a full load power loss wattage of 800W. It has a service factor of 1.0 and a torque control response of 180-220Hz. This drive is capable of swapping between vector and standard V/Hz regulation. Doing this gives the drive more control over the speed of the motor. It can do this using FCV or SVC (flux vector control or sensorless vector control).
The 30V4260 has a NEMA 12 type chassis that is protecting the inner workings of the drive. This chassis is liquid and dust-tight and is only meant for indoor environments. The proper operating humidity is between 5-95% and temperatures ranging between 0 to +40 degrees Celsius.
When it is time to mount the 30V4260, it can be panel mounted to a flat surface. There are 4 mounting holes on the back of the chassis that the user can use washers and bolts to ensure that it is tightly mounted. It does not come with these bolts or washers and require size M8 or M10.
