The 2V4160 is a 2HP Reliance Electric GV3000 AC Power Drive. The 2V4160 is a 50/60HZ 380-460VAC pulse-width-modulated drive. It has the ability to use either the normal regulation of V/Hz or a vector regulation. When it uses vector regulation, this drive is capable of controlling the motor speed. Vector regulation also allows the drive to have a burst of output current that is 150% for 1 minute. It has a KVA of 3.3 and a power loss of 100 watts. It has an input of 4.2A and an output of 3.4A. It requires a fuse that is rated 8A. It requires specific environmental conditions including a 5-95% non-condensing humidity and an operating temperature between 0 and +40 degrees Celsius.

The enclosure is a type 1 NEMA enclosure which means that it is only meant for inside usage and has a small communication port door that can access the RS-232 port on the regulator. Its dimensions are 280.7 mm tall, 222.3 mm wide, and 200mm thick. It weighs around 6.3 kg.

The keypad on the 2V4160 is built-in. It has a bracket attached to it that allows for the mounting of the regulator PCB. The best feature of the 2V4160 model is the NEMA enclosure rating. The enclosure rating, which is NEMA 1, allows easy access to the communication ports on the model without having to remove the cover, as it has an access door.
