There are two possible causes to their particular fault, the first being a less-than-desirable DC bus voltage rating, in congruence with too long of a line dip. One other possible explanation for this fault is a defect in 2V4151’s input rectifier diodes. Potential corrective action for the low DC bus voltage fault, or the LU fault, would be to check the drive's input voltage and line fuses, adding a transformer if deemed necessary. If the LU fault persists, the 2v4151 Gv3000 series owner may need to additionally ensure correct drive parameters pertaining to both ride-through time and line voltage values.

Another fault relevant to owners of the 2V4151 drive is the analog input signal loss fault, denoted on the drive’s interface as AIn. This fault is caused by a P.011 = 4 or 5 and a coinciding 4 to 20 mA analog input dropping below 2 mA. To correct this particular fault, the knowledgeable 2V4151 drive owner must verify the correct setting of the P.011 and ensure that the mA analog input sustains a source supply greater than 4 mA.
