Reliance Electric produced and sold the 25V4260 as a part of their GV3000/SE series of drives. This model has a horsepower rating of 25 HP, denoted by the first two characters in the part number. The 25V4260 has a selectable regulation. It is considered to be a pulse-width-modulated (PWM) drive that has the ability to provide control and regulation to a Reliance Electric motor. It can use the standard V/Hz or it can use vector regulation. The standard has a 110% continual output capacity while vector regulation has the ability to have a 150% output capacity for 1 minute. This device is 50/60 Hz and has a KVA of 30.2. It has an input amperage of 30.2 and an output of 34.5A. It has a 750W power loss and an input voltage of 380-460 VAC.

The 25V4260 is enclosed by a NEMA 12 enclosure chassis. This type of enclosure is only meant for indoor usage and has a drip and dust-tight seal. This chassis protects many internal components that make up the drive. It has a built-in keypad/display, two fan assemblies with a harness, power supply, a bracket for the keypad, gate driver PCB, regulator PCB, capacitor board with input capacitors, IGBT PCB, current feedback PCB, diode bridge, and a power PCB.  

The dimensions of the 25V4260 are 376 mm wide, 605mm tall, and 350mm thick. It weighs about 23.6 kg. It is recommended for the user to not panel mount one drive above another because it will limit the airflow of both devices.
