Product Description
The 20V4260 was initially created by Reliance Electric as a 20HP 3-Phase GV3000/SE Drive. Baldor Reliance or ABB could have also produced and sold this drive depending on what years it was in production.
The 20V4260 is capable of using either universal V/Hz or vector regulation. When the drive uses the vector regulation it has the capacity to have an output current of 150% for one minute. The drive has an input amperage of 32.7 and an output amperage of 27.A. It is 26.1 KVA and has a full load power loss wattage of 600. It has an input of 32.7 amps and an output of 27 amps. It is advisable to use a fuse that is rated 60A on this drive.
The 20V4260 is entirely protected in a NEMA 12 type enclosure. It is dust and drip-tight and should only be used in indoor environments. This drive and its enclosure are 288 mm wide, 238.1 mm thick, and 463 mm tall. The entire setup weighs 15.75 kg. Inside of this drive are many different PCBs and other components. There is a fan assembly, a fan wire harness, a diode bridge, IGBT module, keypad with mounting bracket, regulator PCB, internal fan assembly, power supply, gate driver, power board, capacitor PCB, and input capacitors. The regulator board on the drive uses its microprocessors to control the drive’s operation boundaries. It is attached to the mounting brackets on the keypad. The keypad on the drive’s faceplate shows the user display that is connected to the regulator board.
