15V4160 is a GV3000 series drive that is manufactured by Reliance Electric.

The dimensions of this drive are 288.0 mm x 463.0 mm x 223.0 mm x 442.0 mm x 238.0 mm. The weight of this drive is 15.9 kg. The recommended power wiring sizes are 6 to 3 AWG. The user-supplied mounting bolts and washers must be M8 or M10. There are 4 mounting holes provided on the drive. The drive can be identified by the model number. The first one or two digits are the horsepower ratings (7.5 HP = 7). The V that follows means that the drive is a part of the GV3000 series. The next digit is the drive voltage (2 = 200-230 VAC; 4 = 400-460 VAC). The next digit is the drive enclosure (1 = NEMA 1; 2 = NEMA 12 Only; 4 = NEMA 4X (indoor only) or NEMA 12). The last 2 digits are the regulator version.

Components of the GV3000 drive are the fan assembly, the membrane switch, the regulator printed circuit board, the PISC baseboard, the GVPB baseboard, and the internal fan assembly. On the terminal strip, terminals 1-3 are the RS-232 connections, terminals 4-9 are the encoder connections, terminals 10-11 are the analog output connections, terminals 12-15 are the analog speed/torque reference connections, terminals 16-25 are the 24 VDC digital input connections, terminals 26-27 are the snubber resistor braking control connections for older snubber resistor braking kits, and terminals 28-31 and the status relay connections.
