The 10V4140 is a 10HP GV3000 AC Controller made by Reliance Electric. Depending on its original manufacturing dates, this drive may have actually been also sold by ABB or Baldor Reliance.

The 10V4140 is a 380-460 VAC 13.4 KVA controller that has an output amperage of 14.2 and an input amperage of 16.87. It has a full load power loss wattage of 250. It has a 35A recommended AC input line fuse rating. The enclosure weighs 9 kg and is 200 mm thick, 280.6 mm wide, and 338.4mm tall.  This controller has the ability to provide vector and V/Hz regulation because it is a PWM drive. In its standard general-purpose (GP) mode that deals with V/Hz, the 10V4140 is used in a variety of applications that need adjustable speed control. In the vector mode, this controller has the capability to control motor torque to zero speed and then control that speed using a pulse tachometer feedback.

The 10V4140 is protected by a NEMA 1 type enclosure. It has the following standard drive components on the inside of its controller. It has a fan assembly, a regulator PCB, a capacitor PCB, a power PCB, a current feedback PCB, a power supply, a gate driver PCB, an internal fan assembly, and a keypad/membrane switch that has a mounting bracket attached to it. If one of these components fail, most of them have replacement parts that are sold separately. There are also separate optional kits that the user can purchase to increase the general functionality of the 10V4140.
