Product Description

The 0-56961 unit is one of the many internal components that are available to be installed into the GV3000 series of drives. The GV3000 line was manufactured by Reliance Electric. This unit is outfitted to operate as a Capacitor printed circuit board. Physically, it is a thin circuit board and is installed within a GV3000 drive (specifically a GV3000 that operates at a nominal intake of 450 V/AC) to the very left of the internal system. This module is outfitted with several input modules, providing the GV3000 drive with a total of 6 additional inputs.

The GV3000 series is used with several other parts in the GV3000 drives, such as a fan assembly module, a membrane switch, a current feedback printed circuit board, as well as a gate driver printed circuit board, an internal fan assembly module, and an IGBT module and diode bridge.

The 0-56961 was designed as a replacement board to be inserted into the associated 15-25 HP GV3000 drives when the capacitor unit in the model has malfunctioned or gone out. When the model is replacing the previous capacitor board, caution should be taken so damage is not obtained to the board or the drive if the replacement is inserted into the GV3000 unit incorrectly.
