This device is designed as one of the several printed circuit board units for the Reliance Electric series of devices in their GV3000 series of motor control AC Drives. This series is not the only set of motor control units in stock here at AX Control Inc., as Reliance Electric LTD. is responsible for the development and production of both the FlexPak 3000 lineup, as well as the Liqui-Flo series of units. The GV3000 line is developed with vector based control functionality, as well as the standard, scalar, general purpose functionality, utilizing control over the motor voltage/frequency.
The vector control modes are done with a pulse-width modulated waveform, and there are two methods of vector control. Flux vector control is able to process the data received from an encoder attachment unit, while sensorless vector control is unable to process that data.
The 0-56949-40C unit is outfitted as PCB integrated component of the GV3000 drives. This unit is a Base Board attachment. It is built to provide a stable base for operational division and regulation. It is intended to be installed beneath the drive’s regulator board.
