This device is one of the several models of the GV3000 series of industrial AC servo drive boards. The drives that this board is integrated into are able to control several types and classes of devices. These controlled devices range from the simple (pump and fan cooling modules) to more complex, sophisticated device, such as a web system processor. Reliance Electric Ltd. was responsible for developing this line of devices, though now have pulled the GV3000 line from their electromechanical production. AX Control Inc. is able to provide the GV3000 series as a part of our reconditioned inventory.
This GV3000 model in particular is listed as the 0-56928-30 model. This GV3000 unit is one of the many models built for motor control: it comes pre-programmed with three sets of settings for their motor control functionality. This ranges from a standard general purpose setting, utilizing scalar v/hz power, but then there are the two vector based control settings, one of them sensorless, and the other flux. The GV3000 series is able to alter the vector frequencies by utilizing a set of specific internal components.
The 0-56928-30 drive circuit board is designed with an array of technical specifications in order to successfully operate the drive’s control capabilities. There is an AC line distribution system, at a rate of 460 VAC. This system is designed with a fault current capacity of up to 85000 amps.
