The 0-56921-512AAG is a GV3000 series Regulator PCB that was used with an AC Controller. On each controller, there are 2 regulator boards. The 0-56921-512AAG is a replacement card. The two regulators are actually very similar, they just need different power module interface connections. This is a version 5.0 board. This card does not come with its own faceplate or enclosure. It mounts directly into the drive controller. It has the ability to slide into place under the keypad membrane switch. There is a bracket that is attached to the keypad that it connects to.
The 0-56921-512AAG possesses lots of microprocessors that are used to regulate the controller. The controller uses the keypad to enter parameters for the regulator so that it can adjust the drive operations. This card can read different power circuit feedback signals. It can recognize heat sensor feedback that is coming from its internal circuitry and external speed reference signals. As long as the regulator is set up to regulate the vector, it can read information from a motor pulse tachometer. The regulator also has the power to receive PWM gating signals that can be received by IGBT powered devices.
