The 2GU51020 is an AC V*S Drive designed by Reliance Electric. There is a strong probability that this drive was also mass-produced by Asea Brown Boveri and Baldor Reliance depending on its production dates. The 2GU51020 is no longer being supported by any of its original manufacturers, but AX Control tries to keep it in stock. Please consult our site for product availability and shipment options.

The 2GU51020 is a 15-20 HP 3-Phase I/O 575V GP2000 series AC Drive. This drive is usually enclosed in a NEMA 1 Style 1 chassis. This enclosure is 279 mm wide, 277mm deep, and 500mm tall. It weighs 25 kg (55lbs.) There is an option for this drive to come in an expanded cabinet, but that option is sold separately. It is recommended that the 2GU51020 be matched with a 20 HP 15 KW motor. This component has a 27.8 KVA drive input and a 27.9 maximum input in amps. It has a 21 amp max sine wave and a maximum drive output of 23 amps.

The 2GU51020 has a digital display that has the ability to display different fault codes. This device has a short-circuit protection that functions with its line-to-line and line-to-ground output. It has a line dip ride through and a high-operating efficiency. It has the capability to ramp-to-rest when stopping and can start or stop when it coasts-to rest. It has a 20:1 speed range of 3-60 Hz that can be adjusted up to 400Hz. This drive also has three speeds that can be selected and already come preset.
