Product Description

The 14C106 is a FlexPack Plus Single-Phase DC Drive from Reliance Electric.  While this unit has been discontinued by the original equipment manufacturer, it is still typically available through AX Control on a regular basis; please check our current stock levels as notated on our webpage or verify availability with our sales representative for the fastest turnaround times. 

The 14C106 is a regenerative drive with an auxiliary panel.  It is rated at .75 HP.  It is a 1 phase, 90 VDC unit @ 50/60 Hz.  The unit has a chassis enclosure.   This unit includes a loop DC circuit that provides protection from inverting faults. 

The low horsepower VS Drive package on the 14C106 is designed with versatility in mind.  The unit is easily installed due to the amount of space allowed around power terminals.   The unit includes a built-in surge suppressor to protect power semiconductors from line transients.  It also contains these semiconductors within power cubes that allow for quick maintenance and service.   

The 14C106 can be used with a variety of optional modification kits including reversing contactor kits, dynamic braking kits, and field supply kits.  These are not provided with this unit. 

The 14C106 is designed for use at elevations up to 1000 meters and temperatures between 0 to 55 degrees Celsius.   The unit has a maximum load rating of 150% for one minute and a speed range of 30:1 (tachometer feedback).
