Product Description

916FK0200 is a 460 to 230-volt conversion kit by Reliance Electric. This FlexPak 3000 kit is designed to convert drives with a horsepower rating of 75-HP up to a horsepower rating of 150 HP. Converting a drive with this kit cuts the required input power in half. For instance, if you apply this conversion kit to a 125-horsepower drive, the resulting drive will have a horsepower of 60. If you apply this kit to a 75-horsepower drive, the resulting drive will have a horsepower of 40. This conversion kit includes two 1.5 A, 600-volt fuses, a 230-VAC label (for the converted drive), and a user instruction manual. In order to convert the drive, install the provided fuses into locations 4FU and 5FU on the fuse block. These fuses must be installed with the incoming drive power cut off. Be sure to follow this procedure, as the fuse block emits hazardous voltage that could injure the user and may cause loss of life. This kit does not have a safety listing or a rated input voltage. As an optional addition to the FlexPak 3000 drive, this kit must be ordered separately.
