Product Description

913FK1000 is a Dynamic Braking Kit that is manufactured by Reliance Electric for their FlexPak 3000 series. This kit is associated with 100 HP drives in this series. Only use this kit with drives that have an input VAC of 460. The number of resistors in this assembly is 3, and 1.497 is the total ohms. 705310-150A is the contactor part number, 800160-20SD is the resistor assembly part number, and 402422-3F is the replacement resistor part number. The assembly of this kit involves connecting 115 VAC control power (user-supplied) to the dynamic braking contactor. Install this kit with power locked out of the drive.

Yes, the 913FK1000 is only compatible with a FlexPak 3000 drive with an HP of 60. Other FlexPak 300 drives with different HP ratings are compatible with different dynamic braking kits.

The 913FK1000 is only connected with the drive's motor is not runnning correctly. When te drive is running and functioning correctly, the 913FK1000 is disconnected.
