Product Description

908FK0201 is a Dynamic Braking Kit that is manufactured by Reliance Electric for their FlexPak 3000 drive series. This specific kit is for 230 VAC drives with a rated horsepower between 1.5 HP and 30 HP. 20 HP is the horsepower rating for this kit. The dynamic braking kit slows down the DC motor in an “uncontrolled” process. Drive power must be disconnected before this kit can be installed. This kit can be mounted near the drive if it has already been mounted to a NEMA 1 enclosure that is not the NEMA 1 enclosure that encloses the drive. Use 6 mm mounting hardware to mount the kit.
