Product Description
The FlexPak 3000 series of DC drives, which is made by Reliance Electric, includes the Inverting Fault Circuit Breaker Kit 906FK1201. The DC drives associated with this kit are either 75 HP at 230 VAC or 150 HP at 460 VAC. Supply circuit breaker wiring and an appropriate mounting panel for the inverting fault circuit breaker kit. If there is a loss of the AC line, a short circuit is created across the motor by the AC input transformer. When this happens, the short circuit receives the stored mechanical energy from the motor. This inverting fault circuit breaker kit interrupts that action.
