The FlexPak 3000 Series of Power Module drives are products from the Reliance Electric company. These units are manufactured and produced as flexible, three phase drives. The FlexPak 3000 Power Module digital DC drive is ideal for configured drive applications in which maximum wiring and panel flexibility is required. The Power Module design is also ideal for offshore destinations where the systems integrator or OEM requires country-specific fusing and magnetics.

All of the 813.42.00 unit’s control, signal, and power field wiring is readily accessible through an external supply of terminal boards to streamline installation. The setup configuration and operation can be accomplished using the optional operator interface module (OIM) or the CS3000 configuration software.

In order to grant the operator the most flexible and cost effective solution, the OIM is an option for the FlexPak 3000 Power Module drive. This interface, with its large graphics display and keypad allows for easy setup and troubleshooting using plain text. The diagnostic and status information as well as help text are displayed and entered in one of five languages easily selected through the keypad. A “Quick-Start” menu combines with self-tuning of the speed and current loops to ensure quick, straightforward drive setup and startup.

The 813.42.00 power module drive is available from AX Control Inc’s inventory of used, and yet completely refurbished and repaired automation industrial equipment.
