About the 7FR7731

7FR7731 is a FlexPak 3000 regenerative drive controller that is manufactured by Reliance Electric. This particular drive is an integrator. Before installing the motor, the user must verify that the motor and the controller share the same horsepower rating. Coupled applications must have proper shaft alignment with the driven machine, or belted applications must have proper sheave/belt alignment. These option both minimize unnecessary motor loading. A protective guard must be installed around the motor’s exposed rotating parts if the motor is accessible while it is running. Wire the motor to the controller.
