Product Description

150FR4042 is a FlexPak 3000 regenerative drive controller that is manufactured by Reliance Electric. Drive control options include run, jog, stop, reset, operational keys displayed, forward/reverse direction, auto/manual mode, control source, speed reference, configurable displays, percent load, motor current armature volts, motor speed, scalable speed reference, and 6 monitor display values. On the CS3000 computer cable, the 9-pin connector connects to the PC and the 25-pin connector connects to the FlexPak 3000 drive. With the CS3000 software, the user can edit, download, upload, control the drive, log faults and alarms, and scope the PC.

Available drive options include the NEMA 1 kit, the AC line disconnects kits, the blower motor starter kit, the 115V control interface, the 460 to 230 VAC conversion kit, the enhanced field supply kit, the field current regulator kit, the I/O expansion card, the Auto-Max network communication card, the ControlNet communication card, the DeviceNet communication card, the Interbus-S communication card, the Profibus communication card, the inverting fault circuit breaker, the line filter kit, the operator interface module (OIM) remote mounting kit, the V4.3 regulator upgrade, and the operator interface module (OIM) drive-mounted kit. The frequency output on the drive controller has a maximum frequency of 250 kHz, a duty cycle of 50%, an output voltage of 5 V differential, a 0.4 V maximum output offset, a 5 mA maximum load, a 100 Ω to isolated + 15 V common signal common, and a 100 Ω in series signal termination with 3900 pf.
