10FR4032 is a regenerative 460 VAC FlexPak 3000 drive that is manufactured by Reliance Electric. There are a number of fault codes on the FlexPak 3000 drive:

• F00100 is the Main Contactor Did Not Open fault, which means that following a run or jog, the main contactor did not open. This may occur due to disconnected, loosely connected, or damaged FN, FN AUX, DB or DB AUX wiring, a contactor failure, or damaged/disconnected main contactor or dynamic brake control wiring.
• F00200 is the Power Failure fault, which means that the power supply input voltage momentarily went below tolerance. This might occur after an AC line voltage dip or due to a disconnected or damaged J7 ribbon cable or power supply input wiring.
• F00700 is the Factory Defaults Restored faults, which means that all default parameters have been restored. The possible causes are a power loss during a prior memory save or a new or defective regulator board. F00701 is the Fault Log Restore Failure fault, which means that fault log information was determined to be invalid. The possible causes are a power loss during a prior fault log save or a defective regulator board.
• F00702 is the Keypad Ref Restore Failure fault, which means the keypad reference value stored in retentive memory was determined to be invalid. The possible causes are a power loss during a prior keypad reference save or a defective regulator board. F00703 is the OIM Key Restore Failure fault, which means there is a defective regulator board.
