About the 100FR4042

100FR4042 is a Regenerative FlexPak 3000 drive that is manufactured by Reliance Electric. The horsepower for this drive is 100 HP. The input power is 460 volts. This drive can be transformed into 50FR2xxx via conversion kit 916FK0200, wherein the horsepower will be 50 HP instead of 100 HP.

A few of the optional modification kits available on the FlexPak 3000 drive are listed here in this description.

• The Control Net Network Communication Board allows for drive communication over the Control Net network. 
• The Dynamic Braking Kit provides the braking grid needed to provide dynamic braking to the drive. 
• The Enhanced Field Supply Kit offers electronic field trim, field economy, and the ability to supply 240V field voltage and other special voltages.
• The Field Current Regulator Kit provides field economy, as well as pre-weakening of the field via a fixed reference or field weakening for above base speed operation. This kit replaces the standard field supply and requires tachometer feedback.
• The Operator Interface Module (OIM) Remote Mounting Kit allows the OIM to be mounted up to five meters from the drive.
• The Pulse Encoder Feedback Kit allows for digital pulse encoder speed feedback.
