100FR2031 is a Regenerative FlexPak 3000 drive that is manufactured by Reliance Electric. The horsepower for this drive is rated 100 HP. 230 volts is the input power. There are many optional modification kits available on the FlexPak 3000 drive. The 115 VAC Control Interface converts customer-supplied 115 VAC signals to 24 VDC for operating one of the drives in this series. This kit can be mounted separately on the panel or in the bottom of a NEMA 1 enclosed drive. 917FK0101 is the model number. The 460 VAC to 230 VAC conversion kit allows conversion of the 460 VAC FlexPak 3000 to a 230 VAC FlexPak 3000. This conversion kit cuts the horsepower in half. These kits have model numbers in the 916FK series.
The AC Line Disconnect Kit allows the three-phase line to be disconnected at the drive. This kit comes in a molded case switch that can be mounted on the chassis of the drive or NEMA 1 enclosure. These kits have model numbers in the 901FK series. The AC Tachometer Feedback Kit allows the drive to accept feedback signals from AC tachometers to a maximum voltage of 275 VAC RMS. The model number is 907FK0301. The AutoMax Network Communication Board allows for extended drive communication on the Reliance AutoMax Distributed Control System (DCS). The model number is 915FK0101. The I/O Expansion Board mounts on the drive chassis and gives the drive additional analog, frequency, and digital I/O capability. The model number is 914FK0101. Not all of these kits may apply to this FlexPak 3000 specific drive.
