Product Description

The 0-58770-430 is a Reliance Electric FlexPak 3000 Regulator Assembly Board that is designed to be able to provide regulation for vector and general purpose applications, as well as a wide range of other functions. The 0-58770-430 model assembly board is able to provide a high dynamic response, and is able to maintain motor torque to zero speed, and precisely control motor speed in both directions. The 0-58770-430 can provide this functionality either by utilizing encoder feedback, or without it, using instead a sensorless vector control or SVC.

This device employs a wireless construction and is able to attach a keypad for setting it up, able to handle features such as parameter adjustments and unit selection,as well as  monitoring and diagnostic capabilities. There are multiple language capabilities in English, Spanish, French, German, Italian and Numeric Code.

The FlexPak 300 lineup of Regulator Boards are outfitted with one of the following NEMA rated frameworks and casings: there is the NEMA 1, NEMA 1A ratings, which are standard, and then there is the more advanced NEMA 4X/12 frame rating, which an unventilated casing. It’s supplied with base and keypad gaskets. This type of framing is intended for use in indoor environments that require a water and dust proof environment.

The 0-58770-430 is the most updated version of Reliance Electric FlexPak 3000 regulator boards and is therefore desirable for most applications because of its backwards compatibility to earlier revisions. Installation of the 0-58770-430 is simple as it only necessitates the modification of a few jumper positions, the input of parameters, and the wiring of the terminal strip.
