The AW0016-6435 part number represents the Reliance Electric ElectroCraft BRU 500 Power printed circuit board. The BRU-500 series is a sinusoidal brushless industrial drive series that can be used for single or multi-axis applications.
The AW0016-6435 circuit board is a complex and heavily populated board. Most components include some sort of reference designator and may also carry their original markings from their manufacturer. The board includes multiple assemblies mounted to its surface, including six smaller daughterboards that have been mounted at right angles to the primary surface. Each of these boards is mounted next to a vertical pin connector.
On either side of the board there are several transistors screw-mounted to metal carriers. These transistors wire into the board at right angles. Other transistors are located in the body of the board. There are also multiple resistors and high-power capacitors, as well as an inverter coil. Some components are surface-wired together.
The BRU-500 is designed for input voltages of 88-265 VAC and output voltages of 125-375 VDC. It can work in ambient conditions of 0 to 50 degrees Celsius.
