Reliance Electric created the 9101-0377 to be a BRU-500 3-Phase Servo Drive. It may have also been in production with ABB or Baldor Reliance depending on what its production years were. It is now a legacy series drive and could be a little hard to locate. AX Control makes every attempt to keep it stocked as either a new surplus or refurbished part.

The 9101-0377 is a 50 amp 50/60Hz servo drive that is rated 120/240 VACs and 170/340 VDCs. It can be 325 VDC if it is using a 230 VAC input. This drive has a wattage loss of 180W maximum. It can have a peak amperes of 50 amps and a continuous amperage of 40 amps. The entire purpose of this drive it to be able to efficiently give an attached motor the control and power it needs. The manufacturer suggest a variety of motors to be attached to this drive. They are Electro-Craft S and F-series motors that are specifically the S-4050, F-4050, S-4075, F-4075, S-6100, and F-6100 models.

The 9101-0377 has the capability to be vertically installed onto a panel or other flat surface. It uses two brackets on its backplane that have factory-drilled holes on them. It is advisable to use bolts and washers to maintain a tight mounting onto the flat surface. This drive should only operate in a dry, clean environment that is not exposed to liquids or combustible materials.

The external components on the 9101-0377 include 15 LED indicators that are red, green, and yellow. There is a re-boot switch and two comm link ports. There are two rail ports and two RS-232 d-shell ports. There is a total of two external fans on the bottom of the chassis.
