The 9101-0311 is a Reliance Electric DM-50 BRU-500 Brushless Servo Drive. It may have also been manufactured by ABB or Baldor Reliance for their product lines. It is a legacy series part and could be a little difficult to locate. 

The 9101-0311 is a 50 amp 3-Phase 120/240 VAC 50/60Hz 170/340 VDC brushless servo amplifier. This drive has a peak amps of 50A and a continuous amperage of 40A. It has a bus voltage of 125-375 VDC (325 VDC if using 230 VAC input). It weighs around 11 kilograms. It has a maximum wattage loss of 180W. This drive’s main function is to give control and power to a motor. The suggested motors for this drive are part of the Electro-Craft F-series and S-series. These motors include the S-4050, S-4075, S-6100, F-4050, F-4075, and F-6100.

The 9101-0311 has a faceplate that does not have a lot of external components. It has a series of four indicator lights that are numerically labeled 1-4. There are three red indicators and 1 green. The red will glow when there is an error detected in the drive system while the green will glow when everything within the drive is functioning as it should. There are six connection ports on the right side of the faceplate. These are labeled P1 through P6 and are also labeled with the types of connections they are. This drive should be mounted to a flat surface in an inside location. It should not be mounted in an environment surrounded by corrosive materials or conductive particles.
