This unit is the DDM-009 module that was developed and produced as a unit from the BRU-200 series of devices. The BRU-200 series is developed as a line of high quality, high performance, brushless, sinusoidal industrial drive units.
The DDM-009 is built with a modular, compact design, and is outfitted to be compatible with a series of both single axis and multi-axis applications. The DDM-009 is able to power both S-series and F-series permanent magnet motors, operating as a servo drive.
This unit’s control circuitry is operational thanks to the integrated 16 bit microprocessor core unit within the DDM-009. It provides a high performance capability and a simplistic serial interface from a remote host computer, or a connected programming terminal.
This unit’s physical specifications give it a weight of 15 pounds, or 6.8 kilograms. While operational, the device must remain within the acceptable temperature range of 0 to 50 degrees Celsius, or 32 to 122 degrees Fahrenheit. The power intake required is a range of 120 to 240 V/AC, single phase.
