About the O-57407-

The O-57407- unit is a processor module that Reliance Electric made for their AutoMax PLC series. The O-57407- processor module can be found in AX Control’s stock most of the time. If you would like to check on the O-57407- processor module’s availability at this time, then be sure to give us a quick call or email.

The O-57407- processor module is a long, thin device with a small amount of items on its faceplate. At the top of this module’s there are two larger, rectangular LEDs. These LEDs are labeled as “FAULT CODE” LEDs, with the one on top having the label “1ST” on its right and the one on the bottom having “2ND” on its right as well. In the middle of the two “FAULT CODE” LEDs, there is a third much smaller green LED. To this green LED’s right side, you will see that it is labeled with “OK.”

Moving to the bottom part of the O-57407- processor module’s faceplate, you will find two ports. These ports are female parallel ports and both have twenty-five pins. The port on the top is labeled with “PROGRAMMER” on its right and the port on the bottom is labeled with “LOCAL COMM” also on its right.

In order to facilitate an easy removal process from the rack in which it is installed, the O-57407- processor module has two tabs, one on the top of its faceplate and one on the bottom. To use these tabs, press both of them in. This will cause the O-57407- processor module to disconnect itself from the rack and enable the operator to pull it out of the rack safely.
