• The 57652 is an AutoMax Universal Drive Controller (UDC) module.
• Its primary function is to control one or two AC and/or DC drives.
• Up to 10 UDCs can be placed on a single AutoMax storage rack, allowing control of up to twenty AC or DC drives.
• It plugs directly into the backplane of an AutoMax storage rack and can communicate with AutoMax processors on the same rack.

Memory & Data Management

• Equipped with non-volatile flash memory to store UDC tasks, drive configuration information, and operating systems for the UDC and Power Module Interfaces.
• Features dual-port memory that acts as a storage buffer, enabling data exchange with processors on the rack.

Physical Features

• Comprises a printed circuit board and a housing enclosure with a faceplate.
• The faceplate includes:
  • A bank of LED lights labeled: DRV B FLT, COMM B OK, DRV A FLT, COMM A OK, OK OK, and CARD OK.
  • Test switches.
  • Ports for Comm A and Comm B.
