The 45C66 is a Dual Contact Output Module made by Reliance Electric. This module may have also been produced by Baldor Reliance and Asea Brown Boveri. The 45C66 is a Digital N.O. (normally open) Contact Relay that was originally created to be a part of an AutoMax DCS. This device is used with relay outputs that are high-current and individually isolated. This device uses both AC and DC voltage. It uses 250VAC and 30/110 VDC. It has a normal operating voltage that is rated 1-20 V RMS and 1-30 VDC. It has a total of 2 outputs. This module has two channels and those channels have two LED diagnostic lights that will glow to indicate the module is functioning properly. This module also comes with logic and blown fuse LED indicators. You can access the fuse on the faceplate of the module to easily change it. The module suggests a 4A 250V AGC replacement fuse.

The 45C66 is typically mounted to a digital I/O rail storage device like the 45C1. A total of 8 I/O modules can be connected to the rail including the 45C66. All of the filled wiring is on this rail and not on the module itself so that the module can easily be removed or put into place. This module is easily slid into the backplane of the rail and into female card slots.
