The 0-57415- unit is a AC/DC Input Module that Reliance Electric was responsible for designing and distributing. In most cases, the 0-57415- AC/DC input module will be used to input on/off signals from certain devices, such as limit switches, selector switches, push buttons, and relay contacts. 

The 0-57415- AC/DC input module has a voltage rating of 12-24V and has four isolated commons which each have four inputs. This module accepts a maximum of sixteen 24 volt control signals as inputs to the connected AutoMax system. These input signals can be either 50 or 60 Hertz and either AC or DC. In addition to that, these input signals have 2500 volt isolation to the logic common. 

Installing the 0-57415- AC/DC input module is very simple. To turn begin the installation process of the 0-57415- AC/DC input module, turn off the power to the system. This includes turning of all the power to the rack and the wiring lead. Next, mount the applicable terminal strip directly onto a panel. Be sure that you install the terminal strip in such a way that the screw terminals can be easily accessed by the user. After that, the field wires must be fastened to the terminal strip.

The following errors can occur whenever there is a programming error, a malfunctioning module, or whenever there is a module connected to the wrong place: Incorrect Data and Bus Error.
