The AST3301-T1-D24 is a small, 5.7" basic industrial HMI from Pro-face. While lacking in some extra features of more expensive HMIs, this model is well-suited to many regular industrial tasks while being an affordable alternative. The AST3301-T1-D24 has a 320 by 240 pixel QVGA TFT (thin film transistor) color LCD for displaying information. The TFT display is capable of producing brighter and clearer images than other types of LCDs used in the HMI market such as STNs. Brightness may be adjusted to 8 different levels on this model, allowing for the backlight service life to be increased if maximum brightness is not required in your situation. 

Touch Panel Features

The AST3301-T1-D24 features an analog resistive film-type touch panel with a 1024 by 1024 resolution. This touch panel has been rated to last 1,000,000 touches or more in its service life. Language support on this model is vast, with ASCII and Japanese fonts being included on the unit and Korean, simplified Chinese, and traditional Chinese fonts being downloadable as required. 

Technical Specifications

The AST3301-T1-D24 is rated for 24V of DC power input, with a limit of ±4.8 volts. It is rated to consume 18 W or less of power. Temperatures around the unit should stay in the range of 0 to 50 degrees Celsius when in use, and between -20 and +60 degrees Celsius when in storage. This model is rated to be used in Pollution Degree 2 environments which are free of corrosive gases. The panel cut dimensions of this model are 156 mm wide by 123.5 mm high.
