Product PFXSP5B00 SP-5B00 from Pro-face is a Standard Box Module out of the SP5000 series. It uses a Real-Time operating system and onboard Flash application memory. Be careful where this unit is installed. The unit's ventilation slots must be left unrestricted and unblocked to prevent overheating. While the manufacturer states that the PFXSP5B00 model could resist harsher conditions than more outdated units, this unit should still not always be operated in locations where large sudden shifts in temperatures occur.
