Module Overview

The PFXSP5700WCD is a display module in Pro-face's modular Smart Portal SP5000 series. This is a 15.6" extra large, high-resolution widescreen display with features such as a glass top design, durable aluminum bezel, front USB, and touch cancellation. This is the smaller of the two premium widescreen displays in this series.

Display Features

The PFXSP5700WCD has a 5 point, multi-touch projected capacitive touch screen with a 2048 by 2048 resolution. This top end touch panel is rated to have a service life of 50,000,000 touches or more. The white LED backlight of this model is rated to last around 50,000 hours and is much more energy-efficient than older CFL and CCFL-type backlights. This unit's brightness can be adjusted between a level of 0 and 100, adding another level of convenience and flexibility that older models do not provide. The 15.6" TFT color display of the PFXSP5700WCD is capable of producing up to 16 million colors and has a FWXGA resolution of 1366 by 768 pixels.

Technical Specifications

This unit has an input voltage rating of DC 12-24V, with acceptable limits between 10.8 and 28.8V. This unit only consumes 17 W or less of power. It can operate best when the surrounding air temperature remains between 0 and 55 degrees Celsius. Storage temperatures should ideally remain between -20 and 60 degrees Celsius.
