Module Information

The PFXSP5600WAD (alternatively known as SP-5600WA) is a display module designed for use with other SP5000 products from Pro-face. It is meant to be combined with a power/open box module to form a dedicated HMI without the need for an additional PC. This model is the largest display in the widescreen advanced display line within the series. The modular nature of this series makes maintenance and replacement of parts much simpler than monolithic HMI units. 

Display Features

The display of the PFXSP5600WAD is in a WVGA resolution of 1280 by 800. It measures 12" diagonally, with an effective display area of W10.28 in. x H6.43 in. (W261.1 mm x H163.2 mm). The display is backlit by a white LED with an estimated service life of 50,000 hours or more (assuming continuous operation at 25 degrees C). The TFT-type LCD screen is able to display up to 262,144 distinct colors with great screen clarity. The touch panel of this model is an analog resistive film type and has a 1,024 by 1,024 resolution.

Technical Information

Mounting clips are embedded in this unit to make installation easier. The PFXSP5600WAD is rated to use 12-24 V of DC power, with a limit between 10.8 and 29.9 V. The power consumption of this model is 11.5 W at maximum. The unit can operate normally in temperatures between 0 and 60 degrees Celsius. It is made to be used in a Pollution Degree 2 environment without corrosive gases or conductive levels of dust.
