The PFXPP181CA40N04N00 is built with a single PCI expansion slot available for users.  This is an internal slot to add expansion cards directly to the unit’s motherboard to expand computer capabilities beyond those in the basic package shipped to you.  Additionally, this unit already has a COM expansion board in place that will offer users an additional RS-232C/422/485 connection point.  

The PFXPP181CA40N04N00 uses a dual-core Intel CPU (Core2 Duo P8400) but does not include any sort of pre-installed operating system.  The IPC has 4 GB of RAM available to users to give plenty of short-term memory for applications and data access.  

This unit works on an AC power supply.  Other units in our inventory use a DC power supply.  If you need this option, talk to our team.  The AC power supply connects to the rear top of the unit, near the on/off power switch.
