The PFXPP170BA10N00N00 from Pro-face Xycom is a PS4000 Series 15-inch Industrial personal computer.  This industrial PC includes an aluminum bezel.  It was designed by Pro-face Xycom to be a dependable, compatible, and easily-maintained option for industrial locations. 

The PFXPP170BA10N00N00 is built around an Atom N270 CPU.  This particular unit does not include an operating system, nor does it have pre-installed storage devices or onboard options.  The unit has a single GB of RAM and operates on an AC power supply. 

This industrial PC design focused on increased parts lifetime.  A large heat sink is standard, and the unit can accept a large intelligent fan unit that will reduce the heat load on internal components.   Additionally, the unit can be used in locations where uninterrupted PC operation is required.    Since the N270 CPU does not require a fan, it can run with lower operating noise.   It is UL listed and CE Marked. 

As a base model, this unit offers you options to build as required for your particular needs.  The unit can accept a DVD multi-drive, a hard drive, or an SSD drive in its slide-in slot.  RAM can expand to up to 3 GB. 

The unit includes multiple interface ports, including Serial COM ports, Ethernet LAN ports, a CF card slot, USBs, and a DVI-I.  More information about all of these options can be sourced through original OEM manuals, user guides, and data sheets.
