Special features that the PS3710A-TA2 by Pro-face include a 2 or 8 GB Bootable CompactFlash Card, 16-64 GB SSD (Solid State Drive), and an Integrated Factory Alert System with Output Port. This industrial panel computer by Digital Electronics contains an Intel® Pentium® M 1.6GHz CPU. The PS3710A-TA2 can support Windows XP Pro or XP Embedded.

The PS3710A-TA2 uses forced air cooling with the use of 2 fan units. Excessive dust and dirt can affect the panel’s performance, so make sure you check the fan and clean its filter on a regular basis. This maintenance procedure is covered in associated Pro-face manuals and will help extend the lifetime of your fan unit. As long as you follow Pro-face’s standards for installation then this unit will be NEMA 4/4x/12 Rated, be water-resistant to IPf65, and will perform optimally in Class I, Div. 2 Hazardous Locations.
