The PS3651A-T42S is a 12.1-inch panel computer from Pro-face Xycom. This is part of the company’s PS3600 series of industrial personal computers. This series features touch panel operation for quick and easy operation.
This industrial personal computer is built around an Intel ULV CeleronM 600MHz CPU. It can support a number of different OS systems, including Windows XP Pro, Windows XP ML, and Windows XP Embedded ML. The unit also offers multiple standard interfaces, including a CF Card, serial interfaces, Ethernet, UCB, and PCMCIA.
The PS3651A-T42S requires an input voltage of 24 VDC, with a rated voltage of 19.2 to 28.8 VDC. It has a max power consumption of 40W and an In-Rush current of 30A or less at room temperature.
When installing this PS3000 HMI in an application the user must download the application-specific program using the quick designer software before use. If no external copy of the software is available, AX Control can attempt to retain the software on the panel during repair if requested in the repair order. If not specifically requested, generally the HMI is reset to factory defaults during the repair process.
