Product Description

The AGP3500-T1-D24-D81C uses GP-Pro EX software.  With an optional VM unit module added, this HMI can capture video via channel one and save it in JPEG format to its CF Card.   This makes this unit useful for keeping screenshots of machine issues.  The CF Card slot is compatible with standard-style cards (256 MB).  512 MB or higher CF cards will have trouble with compatibility. 

The AGP3500-T1-D24-D81C offers a screen resolution of 640 x 480 pixels.  It has a user-replaceable CCFL backlight that offers eight levels of brightness control through the panel.   Changing out the backlight is not a regular event, given its 50k hour or more lifespan.  

The unit offers a standard font size that can expand up to eight times.  Expansion can occur for both width and height.   The unit supports multiple language fonts.  Some fonts may require additional download steps. 

HMIs like this are designed for use in industrial settings and have been given the ruggedized exterior to withstand years of use in those settings.  This unit is designed for installation within a panel.  It conforms with ANSI/ISA 12.12.01 standards when properly installed.  Make sure the rear gasket on this unit seats properly within the bezel and is in good shape.  This ensures the unit as a whole maintains all rated resistances and immunities.  Refer to ProFace manuals for additional details.
