Product Description

The GP250-SC11-24V is a Proface Operator Interface HMI unit with touch screen control. This unit weighs 1.5 pounds and uses an input voltage of 24 VDC with a 15-watt power consumption rating. This is one of several 70/50/30 HMI units available from AX Control. 

The GP250-SC11-24V is designed as an HMI screen with interfaces that allow the addition of external connections to things like a compatible IBM PC, a printer, a bar code reader or memory loader, a host controller, or to various adapters or I/F cables. The unit is designed with GP-Pro PB III editing software. 

This unit is designed to be used in ambient environments where the temperature remains within the range of zero to 50 degrees Celsius. The area must be kept free of corrosive gases and conductive dust. Additionally, grounding is required. Please see the product manual for grounding requirements. 

The GP250-SC11-24V is built with an 8-color STN LCD monitor with tiling colors. The unit is backlit using a CFL and offers a resolution of 320 x 240. Contrast adjustments are done via the touch panel. The unit supports several character fonts that can be expanded 2, 4, or 8 times.

Pro-face installed a less power-hungry display while enabling a more colorful user experience by swapping a Monochrome LCD for an STN display.
